Are there holidays or other exceptions that could delay my order's arrival?Updated 3 months ago
Holidays: Our fulfillment center observes major holidays to allow employees time to spend with loved ones. Please note that processing and shipping will not occur on the following holidays:
- New Year's Day (January 1st)
- Good Friday (varies by year - typically in March or April)
- Memorial Day (Last Monday of May)
- Independence Day (July 4th)
- Labor Day (First Monday of September)
- Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday of November)
- Black Friday (The day after Thanksgiving)
- Christmas Eve (December 24th)
- Christmas Day (December 25th)
Our fulfillment center observes these holidays, even if they fall on a weekend. Here's how closures are typically handled:
- If a holiday falls on a Saturday, the fulfillment center will be closed on the preceding Friday.
- If a holiday falls on a Sunday, the fulfillment center will be closed on the following Monday.
Carrier Delays: While we work hard to ensure your order is shipped timely, unforeseen circumstances like inclement weather can sometimes cause delays once a package reaches the carrier.
