How do I update my address?Updated a year ago

There are two types of addresses you might have in your account:

  1. One-time order addresses: Used for individual purchases outside of subscriptions.
  2. Subscribe & Save addresses: Used for upcoming deliveries outside of subscriptions.

Important: Updating your one-time order address will not update your Subscribe & Save address. Vice versa, updating your Subscribe & Save address will not update your one-time order address.

To update your One-time order address:

  1. Login to your account by clicking the profile icon at the top right corner of our website and selecting Login from the dropdown. 
  2. An account menu will display to the left. Click on "Addresses" to view all saved addresses. 
  3. Click on the edit button associated with the address you want to update and make your desired changes. 
  4. Click the "Submit" button to save your updates. 

Note: To change your default address, simply click the "Make default" button under the appropriate address.

To update your Subscribe & Save order address: 

  1. Login to your subscription account by clicking the profile icon at the top right corner of our website and selecting Manage Subscription from the dropdown.
  2. Enter your email address and click the "Send login code" button. A code will be sent to the email you just entered.
  3. Enter the code sent to your email in the verification code fields.
  4. Once logged in, click on the "Address & Payment details" link.
  5. Then click on the "Manage addresses" link.
  6. All addresses on file will be listed here. Click on the "Edit" button next to the address associated with the subscription you would like to update. 
  7. Once edits are complete, click on "Save changes". Note: If you have multiple subscriptions, update each one's address separately.
  8. Double-check the updated address: To confirm the address was updated for the correct subscription, click on the "Manage subscriptions" link. A list of active subscriptions will be shown. Click on the subscription you updated and confirm the "Deliver to" street address is correct for that selected subscription.
